POSITION : Chief Accountant


REPORTS TO : General Manager

JOB SUMMARY: Accounting expertise in corporate accounting practices including Financial Statement and Government Taxes.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Prepares deposit slips of daily collections
  2. Prepares accounts payable vouchers and checks vouchers for remittance to foreign suppliers and Local/Customs Broker (Importation)
  3. Monitors the payment of loans to the bank.
  4. Checks daily bank balances for allocation of funds.
  5. Prepares Monthly and Quarterly Financial Statement, BIR Input Vat Report and Annual Budget Presentation.
  6. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

    1. Candidate must have Bachelor’s/College Degree (four-five year college degree) – Field of Study/Area of Experience: ACCOUNTING
    2. Female (22 to 35 years old)
    3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    4. Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
    5. Willing to be assigned in Pasig City (main office)
    6. Can start immediately.

 

POSITION : Service Technician


REPORTS TO : Service Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY: Attends to service calls; repairs various Exercise/Gym Equipment.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Attends to service calls assigned by the Service Supervisor.
  2. Checks, repairs and troubleshoots various equipment.
  3. Submits Daily Time Ticket, Service Invoices and Service Reports.
  4. Performs installation work assigned to him by the Service Supervisor.
  5. Develops good liaison with the customers by performing satisfactory services.
  6. Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Candidate must have Bachelor’s/College Degree (two year vocational degree or four-five year college degree) Field: Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical.
  2. Male (21 to 35 years old)
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
  5. Willing to be assigned in Pasig City (main office) and do field work
  6. Can start immediately.

POSITION : Sales Representative / Account Executive

  • Candidate must have Bachelor’s/College Degree (four-five year college degree)
  • Male or Female (20 to 35 years old)
  • [1+ years] quota-driven sales experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy and strong administrative abilities
  • Willing to be assigned in Pasig City (main office) and do field work
  • Can start immediately
  • Job Summary : Generates sales for the company by increasing customer base and introducing new products to the market.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Ability to work successfully both autonomously and as part of a team environment
    • Prepares individual annual sales budget with quarterly goals and targets for approval by the Sales Manager or General Manager.
    • Sells various products through direct selling activities, promotional visits, customer liaisons, by servicing of prospective and existing clients.
    • Presents products/services in a variety of ways to create awareness and interest in the company products and services.
    • Conducts territorial / area visits to various customers.
    • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
    • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
    • Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
    • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management.
    • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
    • Provides historical records by maintaining records on area and customer sales.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
